Cancelation Policy

At our commission-based salon, we value the time and effort of our talented stylists. To help them maintain a full schedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hour notice for any changes or rescheduling. If you need to reschedule within that 24-hour window, we will process 50% of the scheduled service to compensate for the stylist's time. We appreciate your understanding and are here to support any changes you may need for your visits.
